THIS MARKER FUNCTIONS PROPERLY BUT FLASHES “No Comms” ON STARTUP FOR ONE SECOND. (See video in 4th picture)

 'No Comms' means that your Primary Board can't see the Secondary Board. There is a slight delay when you power the Marker on but it's nothing to worry about. You can update this using a PC, Eportal4 and a Micro USB Data Cable. So the reason there's a delay with your Primary Board communicating with the Secondary Board is that it's looking to connect to the Bluetooth Module, which is why you get the 'No Comms' message followed by 2 beeps, which is the Primary Board letting you know it can't connect to it. This won't cause you any issues, as you've mentioned, it just means that the Bluetooth Module isn't functioning. If you don't use the Bluetooth, this won't cause you an issue.
