Refund policy

We stand behind every product we sell and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

All markers are thoroughly cleaned, tested, and lubed before shipping. If a marker (or other product) arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we are always happy to help troubleshoot or provide tech services.  We will do all the tech work and replace the parts needed free of charge.  We will not send refunds if you have your marker worked on by a different shop unless we first give permission. 

Alternatively, you may exchange your item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt if it does arrive BROKEN. No refunds or returns for buyers remorse…be confident on your purchases. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS FOR ANY REASON.

Brand new products are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Orders canceled before shipping or return-to-sender orders are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. When using installments like shop pay installments (buy now pay later) absolutely NO REFUNDS. Only exchanges can be made. 

NO REFUNDS ON DOWN-PAYMENTS .  If you fail to pay it off or decide not to your downpayment is forfeited. 20% for every 30 days.

 

If express shipping is purchased we do NOT guarantee it will be there on time. We guarantee we will have it  out the door the same day if you place your order before 11:30 cst. Anytime after and it will be shipped and out the door the following morning. We can not control the postal service and their own delays so we will NOT send refunds for shipping. 

If your package tracking states delivered and it is lost or stolen that is not our responsibility. As long as the tracking states delivered and it was to the correct shipping address that is all we can do. If you entered the wrong address for shipping we can not do anything about that. Please contact your local post office about lost or stolen packages. HOWEVER if a package and it’s tracking never states delivered we will then take responsibility for any lost packages and replace it or give you a credit for your purchase. Only packages that tracking states “Not Delivered” are eligible for this. If you want insurance on your package please contact us before placing your order.  

All trades are final once we receive your marker/ gear. If you wish to cancel a trade before you have shipped but you already paid, a 20% charge will be applied to the amount of the gun you put on hold. We hold the right to cancel any trades for whatever reason. If your marker or gear comes to us in unexpected condition the sender (you) will be responsible for paying the difference of the damages/ repair. If we feel the gear is unfixable or we simply do not want to take it in the sender (you) will be responsible for the shipping charge.
